I always think it's funny when I'm staging a piece how the rest of the room looks like a disaster.
Anyway, I was getting tired of our lovely white walls being the only backdrop we have easy access to.
(Oh the joys of renting.)
So I thought, "What if I used fabric....and stretched it really tight..."
And it worked surprisingly well!
(Looking back I should have ironed it before I took the picture. Lesson learned.)

Granted I did have to use Photoshop to do a few touch ups on the edge of the fabric and the baseboards, overall I'm really happy with how it turned out.
The fabric cost $9.57 w/out a coupon from Joann's.
Totally worth it in my opinion. :)
